a) Fixing the vessels
b) Issuing voyage instructions
c) Appointment of port agents
d) Arranging surveys of cargo holds or tanks and cargo
e) Post fixture
f) Preparation and submission of laytime calculation
g) Voyage estimating calculations
h) Freight Management
i) Liaising with Freight Demurrage and Defence Association
j) Consulting with Owners brokers during chartering negotiations
